Paradise will respond to the data access request or the data correction request within 40 days after its receipt of the same and may impose a fee for complying with such request.
The Site is generally not intended for use by children. Paradise does not knowingly solicit, collect, use or disclose any personal information from children under the age of 18, or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction, without verifiable parental consent.
